Hi - I’m Ruthie

Founder of Project Partner with Ruthie

Problem-solver, figure-it-out-er, and calm in the chaos - for you and your business.

Long before I ever built this business, I was the go-to person when something needed to get done. I’ve always loved solving problems, organizing chaos, and creating systems that actually work - whether it was for a manager, a teammate, a friend, or my own family. My first instinct is always to help.

To step in, find the fix, bring clarity, and make progress.

That thread followed me into a career in consulting, followed by a stretch at Goldman Sachs in Human Capital Management. I became the person who could wrangle moving parts, build killer spreadsheets, design presentations, coordinate multiple projects, and navigate high-stakes moments. I learned how to think fast, communicate clearly, and back up creativity with execution.

And then, everything changed.

I stepped away from the corporate world in an attempt to save my mental sanity and follow a different passion (health coaching, or so I thought). Well the joke was on me, because instead, I found myself navigating an entirely different kind of challenge over the next few years - raising two young kids through a global pandemic. In that season, I faced a new kind of pressure: managing the mental load, navigating identity shifts, and learning how to carry a household while missing the part of me that thrived on doing, thinking, solving, and building (other than with blocks).

Eventually, I got the itch to use my brain in a different way - to have something that was mine, something that made me feel like me. With the support of a career coach, I realized I didn’t want to coach. I want to DO. I want to bring my problem-solving brain, operational chops, and creative energy to other business owners who needed a right hand. So I built Project Partner with Ruthie.

Now, I get to work with entrepreneurs and creatives who are building incredible things -

helping them untangle the overwhelm, turn their ideas into action, and finally bring those “I’ve been meaning to…” projects across the finish line.

Outside of work…

When I’m not building systems or organizing someone’s to-do list, you’ll probably find me hiking, playing tennis, watching delightfully bad TV, or hanging out with my family and friends - ideally with good snacks and better conversation.
