By purchasing Custom Claude Setup from Project Partner with Ruthie, you agree to these terms. What's included in your setup, and its price, are as described on the Custom Claude Setup page at the time of your purchase. Anything not described there isn't included.

Before your session

• Claude Pro is required. You'll need your own Claude Pro subscription (paid directly to Anthropic, separate from this fee) before your session. You own your Claude account, and you're responsible for its billing.

• Your intake form. After you pay, you'll complete an intake form. Your answers are how I prepare your setup, so please be thorough.

• Scheduling. Once your intake form is in, you'll get a link to book your session. Sessions are scheduled at least 7 days after your intake form is submitted, so I have time to prepare.

• Your accounts. Please have your devices and the passwords for any accounts you want connected ready for the session. You'll sign in to your own accounts yourself.

Support

If your setup includes support, it starts the day of your session and runs for the length described on the Custom Claude Setup page.

• How: email or text, with replies within one business day, Monday through Friday.

• What it covers: questions about how to use your setup, small tweaks to your profile or custom tools, and help if something from your session isn't working as expected.

• What it doesn't cover: new tools, new projects, or anything beyond what was set up in your session. I'm happy to quote those separately.

• When it ends: unused support time doesn't carry over or get refunded.

AI tools and what to expect

• AI changes fast. AI tools, including Claude, change quickly. Features, pricing, settings, and how things work may change after your session. I'm not responsible for those changes, or for how your setup, custom tools, or connected accounts behave after Anthropic or any connected service updates its products.

• Claude can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing anything Claude produces before you use it, send it, or rely on it. I don't guarantee any specific results from Claude's output.

• If you use another AI assistant, I can help bring over what it has learned about you, like your preferences, saved details, and custom instructions. This does not include your past conversations.

• Claude, Google, and any other connected services are run by other companies under their own terms. I don't control them and can't fix outages or problems on their end.

Confidentiality

During your setup, I may see information in your email, calendar, files, or intake form. I keep all of it confidential, use it only to set up your Claude account, and don't share it with anyone. I don't keep copies of your emails, files, or documents after your setup is complete.

Rescheduling, refunds, and travel

Rescheduling. You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you miss the session, a $150 rebooking fee applies before a new session is scheduled. Sessions must take place within 60 days of purchase. Exceptions for emergencies are at my discretion.

Refunds. How much you can get back depends on where things stand:

• Before you submit your intake form: full refund.

• After you submit your intake form, before your session: full refund minus $250. Once your form is in, I start building your setup, and the $250 covers that prep work.

• After your session, or if no session is scheduled within 60 days of purchase: no refund.

Travel. In-person sessions more than a 20-minute drive from my location include a $50 travel fee, billed separately. Drive time is calculated when you submit your intake form, and you’ll see whether the fee applies before you book.

Everything else

Extra requests. Anything beyond what's included in your setup is quoted separately as regular Project Partner with Ruthie work.

Liability. My total liability for anything related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms. I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you purchase is the one that applies to you.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
